Biography

Keliea was taken away from her home and family at the age of seven, when she had shown signs of the gift.  Not only did she have the gift of magic but Keliea had the rare ability to use Light Magic, something exclusive to only House Nands until she was born.  Her father believes that her gift came from her great grandmother a lame Nands who had married into their family. Keliea has not seen her family in seven years and has spent half of her life behind the walls of Issaeos study magic, receiving training visits from High Mage Sissold Nands in hopes of preparing her to become the next High Mage.  At Issaeos Keliea never had many friends, and due to her high born status was subject to jealous torment from other mages, many who are former slaves yielding from the Souther Continent.  She did however become very close with Daniel Stonevien and Tin'at Warbush, and the two became like her protectors.  The three had bonded over their distaste for Issaeos and for the mages that resided their.  When Keliea came into conflict with Mako Enduare, and he supposedly attempted to rape her, it was Daniel Stonevien that fought in her defense, burning off half of Mako's face.  Mako's father and Lord of Issaeos Itro denied that his son had made any such advances on the Lady and demanded that Stonevien be expelled.  Word of this has never left Issaeos and never reached the ears of Keliea's father Richard.  Few know what actually happened as the word of a fourteen year old girl is just that, the word of a fourteen year old girl.
