Biography
Ser Robert is Lord Richard Nyis's childhood friend. The two grew up together, as Robert was a stable boy at Adelphia when Richard's father was still in power. The two used to play together in the castle all the time and when Richard came of age to become a squire he pleaded with his father Lord Andrew that Robert also be given the opportunity. Seeing that his son had few friends, and no siblings, Andrew allowed for Robert to be squire to one of the younger knights. As a squire Robert excelled and was soon knighted by Lord Andrew. When Richard came into power, he saw to it that Robert was made captain of his guard, as he had trusted no one more, and he constantly seeks the advice of his childhood friend. In the war of Extermination, it was Robert who urged Richard to side with Daerunt rather than the Lagrest. He told him "I have never seen a warrior like him, if you go against him you will surly lose.".
